We wanted to give you a closer look at the stationery created for Jenny and Drew because 1. We were just so darn proud of it, and 2. They really did almost everything one can do with stationery. Keep scrolling for some beautiful imagery by Steve Steinhardt and to read more about the design and details of this beautiful suite.
For the save the dates we hinted to the entire stationery but using a taupe paper with gold foil print with a handmade envelope. Then came the invitations…We played off the natural landscape of the ocean and the beach and again used beautiful handmade paper that we letterpressed with taupe font and then hand dipped in blue inks for a nod to the ocean. We finished the suite off with a border of gold. Itineraries for the weekend were printed on muslin and everything was bound up with twine, hand calligraphy, custom stamps and finished with a wax seal. We carried this look through the wedding day by adding a moment of die to the bottom of everything from the dinner menus to the escort cards and more. The programs were a sweetly bound and layered with vellum adorning the couple’s logo.
For the welcome bags we hand died satchel fro all of the treats and had a foldable itinerary that could be easily popped into someone’s wallet or bag for reference. Of course, this too was bound with a bit of twine. Table numbers were gorgeous with an edge of gold and the evening finished off with a wax pastry bag filled with doughnuts and sealed with a sticker that was fun but still relevant to the overall design.
