Two of my friends recently got engaged while revisiting their love bridge. I have always been smitten with the idea of love locks and a couple of my family members have theirs snuggled away on the Hohenzollern bridge in Cologne, Germany. If you have your own love lock, keys (& locks) can be both sentimental & whimsical accessory to your wedding detailing from engagement shoot, to boutonnières, to cake. Incorporating them into your escort cards doubles as a favor, tie onto a strand of leather and use as a necklace or decoration. Cards with, “the key to a happy marriage is…” are a nice way for your close family and friends to share their silly and/or insightful wisdom, which can be tucked away into a box for later musings.
