My idea of celebrating has always included lots of champagne! I’m a traditionalist that way, I guess. But, while overall I do like to keep it classic with the bubbly, I love to get a little creative with the presentation and flavors. For instance, when we are Hawaii bound, nothing’s better than a Mango Mimosa or maybe a simple glass of sparkling with floating candied hisbiscus. If we are going Old Hollywood, I love a French 75 in a coupe glass. Or, if I’m feeling playful, we love the idea of putting a frosty popsicle inside to take the stuffiness out of this sophisticated cocktail. No matter what, I think there is a version of a champagne cocktail for just about everyone.
