Helmstetter Events is a Los Angeles–based event design and production agency creating weddings, celebrations and experiences around the world.
For over two decades, we’ve brought people together in places near and far, from intimate dinners to destination weekends and large-scale celebrations. No two have ever felt quite the same, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
We believe a celebration should inspire connection, feel like the people it’s designed for, reflect the region we're celebrating in, above all, be a really good time.

We find inspiration everywhere: hospitality, travel, interiors, fashion, food, art, culture and are deeply inspired by the unexpected. The result isn't a signature look, but a point of view...one that is intentional, layered and always leaves room for fun.
