Beth Helmstetter is the owner and principle event designer at Beth Helmstetter Events. She has created multi day celebrations everywhere from Bali to Paris to Philippines, Central America and throughout the United States. While Beth obsesses over every guest touch point and detail throughout the event experience, every moment is executed in an effortless way, ultimately creating an intimate and approachable environment that is reflective of her clients. Armed with an MBA, Beth uses her business savvy and background in design to create not only beautiful events but flawlessly executed celebrations as well.

Beth has been recognized in Forbes, Harper’s Bazaar, Travel & Leisure and Martha Stewart Weddings as a leader in the industry as well as one of the best planners in the United States. Her work has been seen in Vogue, Town & Country, Martha Stewart, Bride’s and more and she has been mentioned in People magazine, US Weekly, E News and others for her work with high profile clientele.

Originally from New Mexico, Madeline has been using her charm and type A skill set to bring wedding dreams to fruition since 2010. With a BBA in hand, Madeline has been involved in the planning and production of all types of events from corporate, social, fundraisers, award shows and of course, lots and lots of weddings, before finding her home at Beth Helmstetter Events. She’s the reason contracts are typo-free, generators have enough fuel, shuttles arrive as scheduled, desserts are served at the perfect moment and that final farewell is just as memorable as the first guest arrival.

The only thing that rivals Beth’s love for weddings and design is giving back. In 2016, she started an initiative that combines these two passions called The Good Beginning. The Good Beginning is an online donation registry where couples can register for donations to their favorite organizations in lieu of or in addition to a traditional gift registry, ultimately starting their marriage with the ritual of giving back. And if a registry isn’t the best fit for you, The Daily Give, the registry’s daily blog, is an inspirational resource for socially conscious couples who would like to incorporate conscious design and living into their wedding day or even their everyday life.  You can read more about the initiative by visiting the website at www.thegoodbeginning.com or check out some of the press coverage of The Good Beginning in Forbes, The New York Times, Bride’s Magazine and more.
