One element we love to customize is dance floors. While definitely not for everyone, when we work with an especially playful couple, it can be super fun to create a pattern on the dance floor inspired by the stationery, the venue or even the china. Here are just a few of our favorites we’ve created recently:
Lauren & Samira’s striped dance floor was a perfect compliment to their colorful celebration and a great nod to the charger placed at each of the guest’s place setting. Image by Abby & Lauren.
For Olivia & Freddy’s Italian tile inspired dance floor we were able to replicate the design created by Ceci New York for her invitations. Both of which were inspired by Olivia’s love for the old world tile work commonly found in Sardinia, Italy. Image by Abby and Lauren.
For Sydney & Ray’s wedding at Ojai Valley Inn, we were inspired by both the Spanish tile which is prominent throughout the property as well as the china we used on the dinner tables. Image by Steve Steinhardt. 
For Alison & Ryan’s quintessential Palm Springs wedding at La Quinta Resort, we played up black and white on not on the stationery and textiles but also for the dance floor. We love to put a twist on a traditional black and white dance floor! Image by Steve Steinhardt. 
For Alissa & Steve’s wedding at Hotel Bel Air, we created a dance floor with a nod to the bride’s Bohemian style and using the palette and a few of the tiniest elements from the stationery. Image by Abby & Lauren.
Dylan & Steven’s breakdance worthy dance floor was also inspired by Spanish tile with strict instruction to keep in black and white.
